PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2022 Team list

PUBG MOBILE Global Championship 2022 Prize pool

The prize fund for the PMGC this year is $4 million. The prize pool is down from last year’s enormous $6 million total, but it is still a sizable sum. Teams will engage in a brutal competition for a piece of the prize money.

PMGC Grand Finals 2022

The top 13 teams from the PMGC League will compete in the PMGC Grand Finals from January 6 through January 8, 2023, in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Three international invitees, namely Alter Ego Limax, Team SMG, and a third team whose identity is still unknown, will join them. At the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship, the teams will face off in the decisive match for the most coveted champion title in PUBG MOBILE Esports.

PMGC 2022 Format and schedule

This year’s competition has a new concept, which makes the League Stage fascinating. The Group Stage, Survival Stage, and Last Chance are the three stages that make up this year’s League Stage.

48 teams will be evenly split into three groups for the Group Stage, the first stage of the League Stage.

The top three teams from each group will go directly to the Grand Finals, while the teams finishing in positions four through eleven move on to the league’s Survival Stage.

Additionally, each group’s bottom five clubs will be eliminated. In the Survival Stage, there will be 24 teams competing in three groups of eight in a round-robin style. The top 16 teams go to the next round.
